Rajiv Lakhotia, aged 45 years, is one of the Promoters & Managing Director of our Company. He attended University of Calcutta to pursue a bachelor’s degree in commerce. He is presently heading our Customer Development and Sales Department considering the changing need of the industry and has played a key role in the growth & development of our company.

Manoj Kumar Karnani

Whole-time Director

Manoj Kumar Karnani, aged 51 years, is a Promoter and Whole-time Director of our Company. He used to work as an independent agent providing custom clearance consultancy to businesses engaged in import and export of goods. Being well versed with Custom laws and having more than 20 years of experience in import and export handling, he plays an instrumental role in smoothening the import & export functions of our company.

CS Dhiraj Vaishnav

Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

CS Dhiraj Vaishnav, Aged 29 years, is the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, from Veer Narmad South Gujrat University and is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, with more than 4 years of post-qualification experience. In the past he was associated with Jainam Broking Limited and JLN US & Co. He has joined our Company from 24 August,2024 and is overseeing the compliance and secretarial related matters of our Company.

Radhe Shyam Daga

Whole-time Director

Radhe Shyam Daga, aged 68 years, is one of the Promoters and Whole-time Director of our Company. Mr. Daga is having more than 20 years of experience in textile industry. He is presently supervising the day-to-day operations of our company.

Raj Kumar Agarwal

Whole-time Director

Raj Kumar Agarwal, aged 42 years, is a Promoter and Whole-time Director of our Company. He attended Capital University to pursue Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. He is well versed with Chinese market, understands Chinese language and has good knowledge of local market in China. He spends most of his time in China and is presently supervising all Chinese procurement for the Company which includes the sourcing of raw materials, machine parts, finished and semi-finished goods.

CA Arbind Lahoti

Chief Financial Officer

Aged 34 years, is Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He attended Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner to pursue Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. In the past he was associated with KP Group and Agarwal A Kumar and Associates. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having more than 7 years of experience in accounting and supply chain. Presently, he is overseeing finance, accounting, taxation and budgets including financial reporting and internal control system of our company.
